You could hear everything from the neighbours. We had really noisy neighbours and got no sleep for both nights. It ruined our trip.

We had a very pleasant stay and everything was great. The hotel is well located, with downtown Fort Myers just a few minutes away by car. All staff members were very friendly, and especially the breakfast staff stood out for their kindness and helpfulness. Overall, everything worked perfectly and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Sorry to say this hotel was a dissapointment. The hotels website photos and description are not current. The onsite restaurant is open for breakfast only, no bar or evening meal as stated on the website. Breakfast was poor quality and limited to a voucher price of $10 pp. A single item ie waffles and fruit is enough to use the allowance. We were given the option of either a fruit juice or coffee included except on the weekend where a buffet is provided, best described as inedible and a staff member attempted to charge an extra $9.95 for juice and toast ( charge cancelled on complaint). The building exterior is in need of renovation, areas are boarded up and have been for some time. The pool is not heated , (website says it is) , the spa pool did not work and both pools had leaves etc not cleaned out in the 3 days of our stay. The only positive is that the reception staff are pleasant and helpful and the room comfort is acceptable. Overall the poorest of this hotel chain I have used and would not recommend staying until it has improved significantly.

“Old but clean.”

Older building under renovations and effort to update it. Our room was clean but still felt old style. Breakfast was included as a $10 credit to attached restaurant. It was delicious.

“Location and stuff great but breakfast so so”

Location was great we Wales downtown to riverside and it took around 15 minutes. There we found great restaurants and bars. This was recommended by the girl on the front desk. Izzy’s was a great restaurant if you like seafood.

Unfortunately the hotel needs quite a renovation: the rooms were smelly, humid and cleaning was not properly done. Also the furtinture was unfortunately worn out, and eg. table lamps were really dirty. The hotel was quite expensive compared to others we stayed in Florida (7 people), and this was surely not worth the money. Also: we booked two rooms, each for 4 persons, with breakfast included from Booking.com. However, in hotel they said that the price includes breakfast for only two persons, for others we needed to buy it separately. This was not informed in Booking.com, and did influence our hotel decision. We were not happy about this. This combined to the smell in the rooms made us wish that we would have chosen a different hotel.
