It was absolutely nonsense as we didn’t got checked in as while booking we informed on booking .com that we will arrive around 1 but we arrived at 12 and then there was no receptionist and it was a close and very bad action

There was no breakfast. There was no coffee pot or any kitchenware and I had to pay for an extra towel. I was told from the central location this site was 3 miles from the beach it was 28 miles away. When booking the website said there was kitchenware when I got there there was no such thing and was told I could buy packages. Not even a coffee maker come on , you got to be kidding me. I will not be recommending if anything I will be telling everyone I know not to stay there ever stay there. The website said nothing about having to buy kitchenware. The website is misleading to
