The breakfast wasn't very good; the pancake machine was broken for two days, and the next day the bacon never arrived, nor did the oatmeal.

“Excellent value for money”
I travel a lot, and I can say that the Holiday Inn chain in the US offers excellent value for money. The staff are very polite, the prices are competitive, the rooms are very clean, and the shower and bed are great for a good night's sleep. The breakfast is reasonable, but it helps a lot before hitting the road.

The staff was great! Destiny answered all our questions and was really pleasant. Delores made the best breakfast ever! Made with Love!! And the morning manager helped us at the business office center and was very cheerful! Overall a great stay and will definitely stay here again!

The pool was gross. It had so many dead bugs. They were decaying at the bottom of the pool. We asked the front desk if they had a net or something that we could use to clean it ourselves and we got laughed at by the front desk. She looked at us like we were crazy for asking. My kids were pretty disappointed as we were there for 4 days and the pool was a reason we wanted to stay there.

“Didn’t stay :(”
After arriving at 1:00 am in the morning I was told along with other travelers who had booked the same hotel that NO Rooms were available. We had to scramble to find somewhere to stay in the middle of the night.
