“Didn't”
When I booked and paid for my room in advance , I asked for a balcony room. We told when I got there I could not have a balcony room for 4 days. Even though I was told on the phone I could. The girls at the desk took forever to even come to desk to check me in. Then got an attitude cuz I asked about the balcony and told me it was their policy not to tent a balcony for 4 days. Never heard that before I was willing to pay for the balcony room. So then she told me I was gonna be a problem and refused me service. I have stayed at your hotel so many times. Never had a problem even staying close to the druggies that live there. I asked about breakfast and she said no they didn't have it anymore, which they used to have. Then she charged my card after she refused service and then refused to refund any of it.

The hotel is poorly maintained the carpet outside is so filthy there was dirty towels lying in corridors what a filthy place there were bugs running around my room the balcony glass door won’t close

“Possibly the worst place to stay in Ft Collins.”
The location is good. That's really the only positive thing from my experience. I am amazed Quality Inn as a company would put their name behind this property.

I am staying by the week for work and love everything about this place including the great staff! The general manager is a “hands on” manager and the hotel reflects that level of excellence !

“Dirty and run down with potential.”
Close to interstate and some restaurants. The door did not work with the key; however, after reprogramming the key and condescendingly asking if i knew how to use the key, the maintenance man went with me to the door to ensure it work. The elevator was a really amazing design with thick wood and mirrors. This hotel is the exact same hotel as the Clarion. Same check in, same staff, same breakfast area and same pool. The television work. We did not use the fridge or any other amenities. You could see that some areas had been renovated, but the 4th floor was not one of these areas.
