The girl checking me in was very nice

“Heat sucked. Mattress in my room needed replaced.”

Location was easy to get into and staff was great.

“Didn't want to leave, look forward to returning.”

The staff went above and beyond their required means to make my stay as easy as possible. They all are very nice and caring people. Made me feel welcomed and wanted.

Nothing and staff was horrible

No fridge or microwave which it said there was suposed to be. Room was M had filthy stained all over the bedspread. It was so disgusting that we were appalled and left.

Cleanliness and minor upkeep lacking. No coffee pot fridge or microwave. To pay over $100 for a room I was hoping for at least a coffee pot. Paying for area only. I didn’t like how booking.com had a different price and only one room that I had to choose and couldn’t pick myself. But it says I choose a quiet room? In fact it was a smoking room and I’m a non smoker.

The key card was not working even after going back to the counter 3 times. The door lock wasn't working, as a solo traveler, this was not a confortable and safe room.
