“Fabulous Hotel”

Loved the hotel. Staff were excellect, very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was great, big selection and all food well presented. Hotel was close to a bus station and that made it easy to commute.

The location is a bit out of the city centre but it was near my conference. So ideal for me. It ia located in a nice green park near the fjord. The staff were very friendly amd helpful and the rooms were clean and the breakfast very tasty. Would definitely recommend again.

Lets get this clear, this might have been one of the best pillows Ive layed down my head on in a long while! While the beds and pillows where wonderful the AC accualy being able to be turned down to a good sleeping temperature was absolutley amazing! And lead to a wonderful nights rest after the enjoyment of the city!

Loved everything! If you plan to visit Oslo City Centre it’s a bit far away but the bus connection is really good. If you plan to visit a concert at the Unity Arena then it’s the perfect place to stay - it’s just 10 min walk away. The area is really cool and beautiful too, thus you don’t really need to visit the Oslo City Centre if it’s not your priority.

Stayed at Radisson Blu Park Hotel Oslo during our trip to Oslo. Unfortunately, the experience became disappointing from the moment of check-in. We were charged an additional “unexpected 2nd guest arrival” fee despite the room pricing appearing identical for single and double occupancy during booking. The wording itself felt unusual, and the charge was not clearly reflected in the booking flow, which created unnecessary confusion upon arrival. We have also sent a twin layout request upon booking, which could suggest selection of travellers was an error upon creating the reservation due to often solo traveling experiences. Wording on the invoice afterwards is also incorrect and does not reflect the actual fee, that on its own is not right. During the stay, the bathroom toilet flooded the floor from the bottom after flushing early in the morning, and the USB outlet by the bed was not functioning, which left one of us beginning a travel day with an almost empty phone battery. Both issues were reported to reception. The interaction at reception also left the impression that the concerns raised were not treated with much worry, as the only response received at the time was essentially “thank you for letting us know.” Later in the communication, the hotel suggested that a room change could have been arranged had the issues been reported earlier. However, both problems occurred early in the morning while we were already getting dressed and preparing to depart, something that was explained both verbally at reception and later again in writing. While the hotel later provided a formal explanation regarding the occupancy policy, management also stated they would follow up regarding the maintenance concerns. However, no further update was ever provided. Overall, the stay felt poorly handled from a guest experience perspective, which was disappointing considering the expectations associated with the Radisson Blu brand.

The hotel was clean, tidy, and well looked after, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the beds were really comfortable, and the hotel was so close to the arena (which was the main purpose of our stay).

It was a lovely, quiet property close to unity arena great for concerts! Had lovely morning beach walk too on way back to Oslo. Easy to get public transport to.
