What a fabulous hotel! The staff were exceptional. The hotel has plenty of parking, our room was huge with an excellent ensuite bathroom. The beds were also very large and very comfortable. I can't fault the room in any way. But the view was incredible! We opened the giant windows and just enjpyed the view of the mountains. We highly recommend a stay!

“Great Stay with Amazing Views”

We really enjoyed our time at AG Hotel Aragon. The staff were helpful and friendly, which made everything easy. The room was fantastic and had an amazing view. There was food available at the hotel, either in the bar or a buffet for dinner and the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. We’d happily stay here again!

“Beautiful scenery lovely hotel excellent food”

We came here in the summer. It’s a lovely hotel. Would love to come back during ski season. The pool was nice but small and had a good jacuzzi. The views were beautiful. There was also an excellent buffet dinner and breakfast.

“This is a 2-star hotel with the price and the envelope of a 4-star”

Door keys wouldn’t work. We had to change them 6 times. Lack of personnel. Breakfast was mayhem. Spa is supper wetty and dirty owing to lack of maintenance…check in and check out took for ever owing to lack of employees

“Terrible value for money”

No explanation at checkin, we just got a roomkey as the receptionist was on the phone. No friendly staff in general (with the exception of the slightly older gentleman at reception in the morning we checked out with) and they are slow in everything (expect waiting everywhere). Got yelled away with “closed” at the pool while I was just reading about the opening hours. When I came back at the correct hour to go swim I got send away because something was broken and had to be fixed so the pool opened 1,5 hour later with already very limited opening hours for the indoor pool (17:30 instead of 16:00 till 21:00) and the exterior pool they advertise with does exist! It is a communitypool in the center of the town 20 minutes walking that you get access to. When I returned for a third time at the indoorpool it was packed with people so in the end we did not go. Another thing we thought was ridiculous is that they make it mandatory for you to wear a swimming hat and flipflops. If you don’t have them you can buy them. We understand this from a hygienic point of view, but to charge your guests for this (as they have no other choice if they want to swim) is just weird. The room temperature was way too hot so we all slept bad and had no climate control to make it less hot. Breakfast was a disgrace. They couldn’t keep up with the number of guests so everything was empty and what there still was, was cold. Parking is also a problem, as there where no parking places available and we had to park somewhere else. The decor of the hotel is not our taste, but you can also see it is in need of an update. We stay a lot at 4 and 5 star hotels, but this hotel all in all is the worst we ever stayed at. Nothing real bad, but it is just not up to standard at all. It is not worth the four star and the value for money is terrible.

“Wonderful”

The hotel is lovely and room was very clean. The price was very reasonable for a family of four and the facilities were good. The area is stunning and tranquil and the location is close of restraunts and other local towns. The staff are friendly and always have a smile on their face.

“Mountain Gem!”

Great base to explore a very unique part of the pyranees. Hotel was exceptionally clean and the reception staff extremely helpful. Cooked breakfast was good. Great views of the near by peaks from the hotel.

Breakfast good. Room good although mattresses needed replacement. In fact after the second day they were.
