Stopped over for a couple of nights on way across France to get the ferry. Took breakfast (option) once, it was delicious. House is a very old, slightly quirky, largely traditional dwelling dating from the mid-nineteenth century, conveniently situated near the centre of the town and David is an excellent host (thank you !!) ... :)

David was an excellent host, warm and welcoming. The building has character! If you want to stay somewhere soulless, this is not for you. But we loved the quirkiness, the lovely breakfast and the town itself.

David (the mystical Gadag😂) was so accommodating...met us at the entrance to his spectacular home which was wonderfully quirky with period character. It was just an overnight for us ..... But we felt relaxed....and although it's a grand place David is able to maintain the 'home from home feel'.....great shower/bedroom.....quite luxurious!

Welcoming and friendly host and his dog Raoul. Safe storage for our e-bikes. Excellent location to stay directly on the Avenue Verte. Room was spacious and clean. Nice breakfast in the morning.

The host is absolutely lovely and attentive His little rescued cute dog is adorable. The house is impressive Room with a lot of character. Gadag offers the option to have breakfast. Only 30 min from Rouen by train.

Beautiful old house and gardens. The photos don't do it justice, though it is faded grandeur Room was large with fantastic huge windows and antique furniture. Host is so welcoming and helpful. Delightful breakfast. Brilliant value for money. Very quiet( except church bells on Sunday morning😅) despite being 2 minute walk to the centre of a pretty town. Secure bike storage.
