“Very enjoyable stop off on our way south”
The property was in an excellent location, staff were friendly, food was very good. We arrived on a Sunday and thought that the restaurant was closed and were very relieved that it was open, beautiful outside terrace

Really nice sized room with separate toilet a bonus. Friendly reception and breakfast / restaurant staff. Cleaning staff great and always a smile and Bonjour for us. Right on Main Street but not noisy. Good breakfast selection and restaurant was tasty.

Great location in the centre of Fontenay-le-Comte with secure parking. A very good Hotel, spotlessly clean with super staff, a very good restaurant and a ‘friendly’ feel to it.

Loved the location beautiful town and ideal stopover in the middle of the western route through France. Dog friendly with a room that opened onto the secure car park. Staff very helpful and good petit dejeuner.

“We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would thoroughly recommend it.”
We stayed at this hotel with our dog as a stepping stone on our way from the Eymet to San Malo. Although the property is right in the heart of this beautiful town it was very quiet and our room (no. 4) was ideal for our dog as it was ground floor and had its own little terrace which gave easy access to outside space. The restaurant was really excellent and I would highly recommend the set evening meal for both quality and value.
