The property was quirky and interesting. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The host was very welcoming and paid special attention to our dog. An excellent breakfast was served to the room at a time of our choosing. Free secure parking on the premises was a real bonus. We felt it was good value for money.

I cannot recommend staying here high enough it is so delightful! The room was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Having the hot tub was a real decadent bonus and the breakfast was truly delicious and so pleasant to eat in the private outside courtyard. Lydy was so kind and friendly and I am already looking forward to my next stay here!

Lydie’s place is so pretty. I stayed in the duplex and it was HUGE! Lovely private seated area outside where you can eat the fantastic breakfast she brings you each day. Bedroom was enormous! Very comfortable. But the star of the show is Lydie. She is super welcoming, lots of helpful suggestions of places to see, delightful. Can’t speak highly enough of how much I loved my all too brief stay. And you have great walks nearby along the Saône. The bus is handy. Great places to eat. Bars next to the river.. an uber cost me under £20 from the centre of Lyon but the bus service is frequent and runs late.

The hostess is a 10 in her self, bubbly, welcoming and serviceminded. Especially our dog received lots of kisses and cuddles. The apartment was unique in decor, we imagine it could have been a barn or workshop many years ago. Before depature she served a delicious breakfast

“Perfect little haven”

Perfect little haven and the best place we have stayed during our holiday in France so far. It is so peaceful here, surrounded by lots of lovely greenery. Lydie was such a warm and welcoming host with nothing being too much trouble. The breakfast was the best breakfast we have had during our holiday in France and was beautifully presented. We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed longer. We had the pool to ourselves whilst we were there. Our dog loved the garden and having space to play. The property is 5 to 10 minute walk to lots of bars and restaurants along the River Saone. Loved this place and would definitely return. Thank you Lydie!

Lydie’s breakfasts were a daily treat of local cuisine - beautifully presented. Our room had a view and access to a fabulous surrounding garden.

“Peace and quiet for a relaxing stay”

Peacefull and beautiful place to stay to recharge your energy. She welcomed us warmly, giving us nice advices about what we could do around and where to go eat near. The duplex suite is very nice and big, with a little private outdoor area where she served us an amazing breakfast in the morning (salty or sweet, all made by her). The jacuzzi and the pool are a treat for those like us, who are looking for a time to relax. The bedroom is very comfortable and the bathtub in the room perfect (hot water amazing). Towels are provided and are good quality. Little kitchen perfect for little cooking and a fridge/freezer perfect to keep some drinks cold. We sure keep this place in mind for the next time.

The breakfast provided was exceptional! The hostess didn't speak English but met us with such love and kindness, she was so thoughtful and really made us and our Dog feel at home. It's like a little piece of French tranquility.
