Amazing views from the terrace. All rooms and bathroom are heated which was great for our stay which was freezing cold outside. excelent customer service.

“Pre- check in online is a rip off, still waiting from my deposit money back”
Through an online pre-check in they took 200€ suposetly as a deposit (they were supported just to block the money, but it was taken from the account) and they never gave it back since 2 weeks now. Very difficult to contact with them and make them transfer the money back. No answers throw booking app messaging. Through telephone they were unable to solve the problem and still waiting them to cal me back. They tell me the money was not taken, but indeed it was and do not give me an email address, so I can give them the proof of that. Really disapoonted with the service and management of the issue. Also Booking has not helped here.

“Comfortable stay with lovely view.”
The location was ideal for us, in that it was near to the activities that we had planned to do. Free parking outside. The apartment was clean on arrival and well equipped - the dishwasher was a surprise and a real bonus Lovely view across the town to the mountains. Sofa bed was very easy to set up and very comfortable. We stayed for three nights at the beginning of September and the apartment was very quiet inside though some noise (to be expected) from neighbours when out on balcony.

Excellent location. Quiet area. Fully equipped room -- even vacuum cleaner, dish washing machine, electric kettle. Own beautiful forest park right under hotel building, with lawn, picnic tables, century-old trees and majestic views.
