the hotel was very pleasant in a quiet location, but on10 minute walk to bars and restuarents. The free happy hour was good fun and the breakfast was also good.

Great location, hot tub was lovely. The weather wasn't amazing so being able to have the option to be dropped off by golf buggy to the shops and restaurants was perfect.

“Beautiful room with view”

We arrived early and received a very warm welcome, we were allowed to park the car and recommended a lovely place for lunch. Our room ( pacific ) was so pretty with lovely views. Love the decor Happy hour was nice social event Waters Edge has 8 rooms but only 4 tables for breakfast. We found this disappointing. We had to clear the only remaining table ourselves ( and nowhere to put dishes ) then had to wait for juice & yogurt to be replaced. Only bagels and no bread for toast

Very well located. Spacious bathroom. Bikes available all the time. They provides beach towels. Happy hour with some snacks included.

The breakfast was very good everyday. The beds were the most comfortable in any hotel/inn/b&b we have stayed in. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend.

Breakfast was good, coffee could have been stronger. You can always weaken coffee with water, however weak light brown water can't be fixed. Change in meat options would have been nice, nothing days was sausage.

The rooms were beautiful appointed. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The Happy Hour was a great surprise. I loved chatting with the front desk staff and other patrons. They would also provide a free shuttle to the beach!

in a word Lucy, the house was lovely but she was really exceptional, warm and friendly and absolutely nothing was to much trouble

I can’t even put how excellent this place is into words. The Inn is so adorable and quaint. Each employee was delightful and more than helpful. The breakfast and happy hours were yummy, and the amenities were such an added bonus. Truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to our return.

Great staff

Breakfast was great and they had a different special every day. Ideally situated at Folly near both beach and town.

We left early, before breakfast, there would be some bagels for us but there was nothing. So we had to leave without having something to eat.
