When we arrived at Natalie's place, we really enjoyed how everything looked and especially in the evening with the host. The house has wonderful features, a beautiful garden and a really comfortable stay. Definitely would love to go back and will highly recommend to consider your stay.

“Perfect Location for a Trip Down Memory Lane”

A lovely two night stay in this wonderful property, clean, well equipped kitchen, situated in an idyllic place. Short walk to local pub which serves excellent food. Perfect location to access towns such as Granville, the local zoo, Brehal beach and Villedieu les Poles. Nathalie offers a very warm welcome, her English is excellent and was very accommodating, highly recommended and an easy drive from Cherbourg. All in all, it was the perfect base for a weekend trip to revisit some treasured memories.

We went with our child of nearly 3 years old and he loved the place. Nathalie is a wonderful host who made sure our child had a lot of toys to play with and who kept checking in during our stay to see if we needed anything else. She also gave a lot of tips for visits and sightseeing in the area, like the market on Wednesdays just 2 villages south, the zoo to the east and of course Granville, just a short drive of 15 min. to the west. At arrival Nathalie gave a tour of the place, which was cleaned very thoroughly and smelled really nice. The breakfast was fine; some bread, jam, butter, juice, tea and sometimes we got a little extra like eggs. Great places to visit are: Mt. St. Michel, Granville (has a beautiful old city) and its beaches (including sea swimming pools), the Zoo de Champrépus (feed the farm animals and have a look at the Tigers, Cheetahs, Leopard, Lion, Giraffes and more), Mega Fun (very fun play hall for kids, which is free for the accompanying adults), Abbey's (several close-by) and the museums of D-Day (there are several and you will have to drive for an hour to the north).

Very quiet village 15 mins from Granville ( well worth a trip), Nathalie our host was very helpful & friendly. Her english is excellent. She offered us an evening meal option which was lovely. Her Galettes & apple/rhubarb tart was yummy..

I loved that it was a quiet and lovely location in a small town in the countryside. The hostess was very friendly and helped us by giving us tips on where to go and visit. Where to eat. She also prepared a simple but very good and fresh breakfast for us. The rooms were comfortable and cosy. It was a very great stay. It’s also quite close to a lot of activities and sights. I’d love to go again.
