The house is a home and as such we could relax immediately, it was like going to stay with your old aunty! Everything we needed as a couple was there and although the furniture and fittings were dated they were in very good condition. I loved the shower! The pool was a bonus as was the secure parking. The setting of the house was perfect for exploring the Ribeira Sacra and Pedro was an excellent host providing us with all the information we needed instantly on WhatsApp, as well as treating us to the most delicious empanada from a local panadería. We had a really lovely 5 nights in Follés and, as I sat on the terrace eating breakfast and looking at the view this morning, I was quite sad to leave.

Our stay at this spacious villa was fantastic! The vintage touch from the 1980s gave it character, and it was impeccably clean and comfortable. Our two dogs loved the garden, and the central heating made it extra cozy during winter. Pedro, our host, was exceptionally friendly and attentive.
