“Charming countryside stay with warm hospitality and delicious homemade food”
La Maestà is nicely situated in the hills outside Foligno, surrounded by farmland and olive groves. The structure is very well maintained and beautifully furnished. The hosts and staff are very welcoming, friendly and always helpful, doing their best to make you feel at home. The food we had (breakfast, Easter lunch, dinner) was very good, with lots of local and homemade options.

Lovely place to relax. Views from the swimming pool are amazing. The owners are very kind and will help in anyway they can. If you like very rural and driving is not a problem then this is a perfect spot.

“A place I would return to for the character of the building and the beautiful location.”
A place with strong character and excellent decoration. A lot of time (and resources) have been used to retain the original agricultural character withiout compromising comfort. If you seek an original place, not the usual impersonal hotel, this is your place!

“Great location in the heart of Umbria's hill towns. Historic, renovated property. Friendly staff.”
Half board was an amazing bargain. High quality breakfast with cappuccino. Gourmet 4 course meal every evening with local wines.

“Pleasant surprise, bijoux gem”
Just outside Foligno on a hill with views of the whole valley. Charmingly converted old buildings. Delicious local produce and wine from their vineyard.

“Perfect!”
Absolutely wonderful. The people here put so much love and effort in this place. The little details! We enjoyed the regional and fresh food. Foligno is a great transport knot to discover Umbria by train. We arrived here without a car and were not afraid of the 40 minute walk to the center of the city. Sometimes they drove us to the station, we were very grateful for that! Such heaven of a place for all the earth angels longing for peace and beauty.

“Unforgettable experience in Umbria in the winter”
The agritourismo is fantastic. Excellent staff, great food and amazing scenery. Very easy to access by a car. We participated free pasta/bread making class, which is absolutely unforgettable. We will definitely go back there. Thank you very much for super hospitality.
