“A wonderful stay full of great memories.”

The property is comfortable, well located right next to the lifts, and very clean. The staff was consistently friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast and dinner were abundant and delicious. A special mention goes to the wellness center, which is well equipped and impeccably clean. Bianca at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and truly knows how to make guests feel valued.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of lovely food at breakfast. Modern room with good view. Water in the fridge and tea/coffee in the room. Free snacks at the bar in the afternoon and early evening. Excellent massage.

Great location near to the main gondola in Folgarida. Nice, but quite small wellness area. Staff were excellent, particularly Angela and Mariana who were extremely helpful before during and after our stay. Nice bar area, serving cocktails, but the wine selection was very small. Dinner and breakfast were both very good.

Hotel is partly tidy/clean, with a convenient location, as the ski lift (gondola) is nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful.

“Excellent”

Everything was great. Modern hotel, great variety at breakfast and dinner. We liked that we could book the spa session in advance. The staff were very polite and helpful.

We were skiing - > location was great - 3 min walk to the lift. The lobby was great. Afternoon snacks were verry good. Breakfast was good, but there was NO alternative to the milk and gluten products.

The half board option was too expensive esp with a young child. The hotel discounted the parking but really should be free just like the spa esp in the non busy times. The room location was noisy due to a school group booking. Hotel provided complimentary water. The staff were helpful.

Our stay was for one week. The room was always clean. We have been using pool everyday. Breakfast was good and the staff was very nice everyday. Ski room is big. Hotel it’s 2 minutes from ski lift and for us that was the most important thing. Overall we are pleased. Grazie
