“Perfect getaway”
Friendly owners - we didn't meet them but they noticed that our children were building a snow fort and brought a spade and rake for them to use that we found on our return from a day out, it was so lovely! Warm shower, dishwasher was so useful, and the cottage was tidy. Hot tub was warm too! Loved the views of the ponies!

“Only fair value for the cost. Better for two people. Fix mice infestation, increase functionality”
We liked the quality of certain appliances (dish washer), the sofa and the bed. We liked the hot tub even though its jets weren’t functioning. However, it didn’t make up for lack of space and mice droppings. We enjoyed the surroundings- there was snow when we were there. Our kids liked seeing the horses from the adjacent property. There is a nice mushroom farm/restaurant (sveppir) nearby. They are responsive to text.

Very remote location, the hot tub was brilliant! The location was amazing and we were able to watch the Northern Lights from the decking on two of the nights!

Nice place to stay. Well equipped. Cozy and trendy interior. Stayed with one teenager so it was spacious enough for us. For four adults will be a bit too small.

“Nice little cottage in beautiful location”
Nice cottage with very good equipment provided in the kitchen. Perfectly situated for trips on the Golden Circle but also remote enough to be a bit off the big tourist circus. Secret Lagoon closeby or even better use the hotpot belonging to the cottage.
