“10/10”
This was my first stay in Brasil and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better start. It didn’t feel like staying somewhere, it felt like being welcomed into someone’s home. Both Arléia and Marcos were friendly and genuine. It’s the small things I’ll remember the most, like being offered pão de queijo one morning, or when Leia brought me a canga and Havaianas to borrow after I mentioned I hadn’t had time to buy any yet. Those little moments made me feel so cared for and truly at home. I hope to be back soon!

“The most wonderful place to stay in Floripa”
The apartment has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. It’s designed with care and style and you will feel right at home. The location is perfect in a quiet residential street, but a short walk from bars, restaurants, and markets. Leia and Marcus are the loveliest hosts! As locals born and bred in Floripa, they will make sure you will have a great time in your travels. 100% recommended!

Loved our stay here - Arléia and Marcos were such hospitable hosts. The property had all the facilities needed our stay and was very clean/comfortable. The location is great, very safe and loads of restaurants and bars a short walk away, Florianopolis city centre a short taxi

“Great loft with amazing hosts!”
The loft was very clean, comfortable and convenient. I really liked the decor that Leia and Marcos have collected from their travels around the world. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome, even giving me Brazilian pastries to try! If I come back I would stay here again for sure.

“Comfy loft in Lagoa”
Cozy loft with easy access in Lagoa da Conceição. Comfortable bed, clean bathrooms and the kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare quick meals. I felt like at home. The hosts were super friendly and they were always available for questions and doubts. I really enjoyed my time in Floripa :)

“Lovely hosts and great apartment”
We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was great and we were treated wonderfully by the hosts. They were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area and they gave us a lot of great recommendations. The weather wasn't great while we were in Florianopolis but the apartment was really comfortable, so we didn't mind relaxing in doors and watching the rain 😂 Highly recommended!! Thanks Simon & Katie

My stay at this Florianopolis apartment was nothing short of fantastic. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the island, enriching our experience with valuable insights. “Lovely little apartment, good neighbourhood and kindest hosts!”
I stayed around 2 weeks there and absolutely loved it. The neighborhood is super quiet and save. WIFI was working super well and the furnishing also for the kitchen was great. The Host Arleia and Marcos are both incredible kind and helping with everything. I really enjoyed my stay there and can totally imagine to go back when I´m in Floripa. So I can absolutly recommend you to stay in this place!
