A total oasis of calm and tranquility in a very busy city! It is close enough for a short walk to the Duomo, but far enough to not be manic and crowded. A beautiful and amazing building. And the staff - fabulous.

“Perfect hotel for a visit to historic Florence”
Beautiful hotel in old palazzo in Santa Croce district. Luxurious rooms, great breakfast and bar. Excellent staff througout. This was our fourth visit and we will return to this hotel. I took us 20 years to find this gem in Florence and we 'plan to stay anywhere else.

The property was a 17th century building that has been restored to an excellent standard and continues to be well maintained.

“We enjoyed every bit of our week in Florence at Relais Santa Croche. Great location and staff.”
This was our second stay at this lovely hotel. When we stayed in 2019, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. In 2022, almost all the staff were different but the atmosphere, helpfulness and friendliness were still much in evidence, We will certainly return.
