Excellent reception staff - always helpful, friendly and efficient. A good breakfast and consistent wifi. Great location. Loved the guide book written for the hotel. A very comfortable bed.

“3 days is sufficient.”
Excellent location. Hustle n bustle...but in a good way. Spoilt fir choice where eating n drinking is concerned. Be ready to walk. We did around 23000 steps per day. Best way to see Florence. Lanes and bylanes are plenty.

“A special place”
This place is special. A great location for sights, restaurants, shops, and an easy walk from the central train station. The interiors of this place is wonderful to look at, the rooms are a good size and are very comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety. Cooked menu items are available free of charge. The room service sandwiches/flatbreads are generous in size and delicious (not available on Sundays). The lobby is comfortable for different groups and a convenient place to meet friends. The staff are, without exception welcoming, kind, and good at their jobs.

“Charming building, modern rooms, quiet street, perfectly central location.”
Charming old building in fantastic location, a quiet street, but just a very brief walk from the duomo or the train station. Our room was spacious, our bathroom was super modern with a great spa shower. Great breakfast with nice buffet, good juices, and eggs made to order. For Florence, and for the location, it was good value for money. We would definitely go back.

Excellent central location between station and duomo, in a quiet street. Charming old building, rooms perfectly renovated, spacious, clean and comfortable. Big new bathroom with spa shower. Good breakfast.
