EVERYTHING was PERFECT! just imaging having breakfast (which was delicious) looking out to the famous Ponte Vecchio only a few metres away! Expensive, yes, but.....

“Fantastic!”
We visited Florence as a city trip with my two sons (13 & 15). The staff was very nice and welcoming. They gave us good tips about places to visit. The room was absolutely beautiful. Beds perfect. Airconditioning works well :). Breakfast was very good and complete. Location very easy next to the Ponte Vecchio so all the main sights are within walking distance. Bathroom is closed off from the room and has a lock on it - you never know these days).

Staff was exceptional. Highest possible level of hospitality. They attended every single request we had with full focus and generated solutions for every single one of them. Both at the reception and the restaurant/cafe. 110% satisfaction. I would not stay at any other hotel in Florence.

“Amazing stay”
Beautiful room, service was impeccable, friendly and professional. No request was a problem. Housekeeping was extraordinary and the wait and porter staff were absolutely brilliant. Location was absolutely fabulous, overlooking the Ponte Vecchio and nearby to all the major attractions in Florence. I couldn't rate this hotel highly enough.

“Perfect stay in the best hotel in Florence”
It was by far the best hotel stay in the whole of Italy. The service, quality, location, and everything else were just exceptional. All staff, from the porters, check-in staff, room service, and cleaning attendants, are friendly and helpful. You can see that the owners of this hotel group care about their team and treats them well. The rooms are luxurious and in perfect condition. Everything works and whatever you need is just a phone call away. The location is in the heart of Florence. I would come back to Italy, just to stay at Portrait again.

“Exceptional hotel both in elegance, service and location- truly 5 stars”
This property is truly excellent and truly 5 stars. The room was not just elegant but also very spacious and well built with useful closets, two big bathrooms and plenty of plugs as necessary for modern travellers. The welcome details were exceptional - the staff left small gifts for our 3 kids which were truly appreciated and well received. The room had a kitchenette with microwave which is very useful when travelling with babies and toddlers. The staff was kind and helpful.

“This hotel is a real 5 stars!”
This hotel is a real 5 stars! Firstly, the hotel is located right on the embankment of the Arno River in the very center of the city: close to the famous bridges and the street with Prada, Celine and other boutiques. This hotel is much better in comfort, breakfast and location than Four Seasons Firenze. Four Seasons has the advantage of having its own park, a large spa and a large lobby. Rooms and breakfast in Portrait Firenze hotel are much better. You will have to pay a thousand Euros for standard room at Four Seasons Firenze, and a good room of 40 square meters in Lungarno Collection will cost less - 650 Euros. I will stay in this hotel again with great pleasure.
