Location is nice and bathrooms and rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is sufficient.

The hotel's location was very central. We could walk to historical sites. We reached it from the central train station in 10 minutes on foot. They allowed us to leave our bags until the room was ready, and even though we saw the message they sent when the room was ready, the receptionist waited for us until we arrived back at the hotel. Since we needed to catch the train before breakfast time, they served us breakfast early. It was a very kind gesture.

“Handy foir City centre, Inside the ZTL Zone, So no driving there”

For an inner City Hotel,,, At this price don't expect too much, It did the job,,,Thats all, V Basic place, No Parking, as in the ZTL Zone. Which will mean a fair walk with bags, V V Basic Breakfast,, No Big deal as other places outside.

The wifi signal was very weak in the room. To get a live call on teams I had to be very close to the door to get good signal

The location is excellent, but the facilities reflect the low price. If you’re just looking for a budget-friendly stay in the city center, then it’s worth it. However, if you expect a high level of comfort, I wouldn't recommend it. For us, it was okay because it was right downtown and the reception staff were friendly, but that’s about it. It really depends on your needs and expectations

The special attention from Samir was exceptionally. The location was perfect to go walking everywhere. Place was clean. Is a good place if you go to enjoy Florence and go to hotel just to sleep and have breakfast, you have the necessary to stay.

You get what you pay for! The location is great, 10 minutes walking distance from the duomo! The Parking they suggested is very good too! Breakfast was better than we expected!

The location was great, the owners let us leave our backpacks here before check in and after check out which was very helpful and let us explore the city in comfort. The aircon was amazing, especially in Italy hot summer and the free breakfast was a plus (although it is limited).
