The hotel is in an excellent location, close to all the main attractions and amenities, which made our stay very convenient.

I had the most beautiful view from my room. Staff were lovely but breakfast was mid. The ceiling in the breakfast room was beautiful but the breakfast itself was plain and boring and if you’re vegetarian then the options available for you are very small. I didn’t like how pork / non pork items were all grouped together and utensils were cross contaminated. Also, I was made to wait 30 mins for a taxi on one day when staff told me it’ll take less than 5 mins.

I want to share my experience staying at this hotel so that others don’t make the same mistake. The rooms are very old. The rooms are also very dirty, and the cleaning is terrible. It’s extremely noisy — there is absolutely no soundproofing. You will hear literally EVERYTHING. On the very first day, the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel bottles in the shower were completely empty. One day when we returned to the room, the housekeeping staff had simply left trash in the middle of the bathroom. This hotel is a maximum of a 3-star level. Do not stay at this hotel!

First and foremost, the location of the hotel is absolutely unbeatable. Being just around the corner from the designer shopping district and a stone’s throw from the Ponte Vecchio was a dream. Having dozens of incredible restaurants within walking distance made our Florence experience very special. Furthermore, the suite itself (Deluxe Suite with Terrace) —specifically the terrace—offered what I believe to be the best view in the hotel. It was truly breathtaking and served as the perfect backdrop for our stay.

What a hotel! Right on the Arno , 2-3 mins to Ponte Vecchio and about 10 mins to the Duomo. Very charming staff as well. Special thank you to the person who stored our bags, and was able to identify us later even though we lost the tag! Would highly recommend.
