Excellent central location v.close to the Duomo/Piazza Republica etc. Lift to 3rd Floor apartments. Access via PIN Code worked well (no keycards to lose!). Room not large but fine for our 3 night stay. Very Clean, bathroom/shower all fine (even a bidet!). Beds/pillows were very comfortable- subjective but important to us. Kettle/Nespresso machine, fridge and safe. We especially like no room service, replacements eg linen/tea/coffee/toilet rolls being available from a store outside. The reception people are all friendly and helpful. Lockers with key codes are available for storing bags after checkout. The breakfast room on the 1st Floor is also a trattoria, we had a lovely lunch there on the patio above the street. Overall we were delighted with the experience, and will check out this Brands other locations.

Centrally located it offers access to most of the landmarks on foot. The team is helpful. The hotel provides with all the essentials and basic amenities you’ll need.

I couldn't stay at the hotel I saw here, but the Numa Florence Firenze hotel was clean. Its location is further from the Duomo Square compared to Rodó, but it takes a maximum of 10-15 minutes to walk.

The room Was a big mess and it wasn’t clean. Underwear laying on the floor dirty bed and towels so I left right away to find someone else and know I’m struggling to get my money back

Location, view, friendly staff and waking up to the sound of the bells in the morning. Breakfast was great and the room was very quiet at night. Minor point but clearer instructions on how to get there from the train station will have helped me personally as I had a bit of trouble finding the location.

This is my second or third stay with Numa Florance Rodo, it did not disappoint. The location is amazing. The bed is very comfortable in the bathroom and the room in general was clean and it’s very accessible and stylish.

Excellent location. The room was large and comfortable with everything we needed. Check in and out was really easy. We got a text to say our room was ready to check in to early which was amazing.
