Overall breakfast was good however the use of liquid pasteurised egg for making omelettes made this taste horrible.

“Excellent stay”
Location was fabulous . 10 min walk to where the bus tours left from and 10 min in other direction to markets , train , shops , churches. Staff were always very helpful and great breakfast every morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was really good quality and freshness, staff were nice and made cappucino on request; staff pre check in sent an email with interesting places to visit and a breakfast place to eat before check in in afternoon

Hotel was clean, had fitness facilities and we loved the range of breakfast options. We also enjoyed the access to the spa & location close to transport and city sites.

Parking they don't have for all guests, so you will park in local garage and pay 45 euros per day. Room are very small, no paper towels in a room.

The cleanliness and the response of the staff when encountering problems. The spa was really good, and the breakfast was amazing. The location is 15-20 min by foot from the Duomo and almost all the other relevant locations. The parking was in a private underground garage which is a plus.

“A nice hotel, perfectly located but has a few minus points….”
The location is perfect. Directly opposite a tram stop and only a few minutes walk to the main station. Easy to get to and from airports. Rooms are a bit basic but nice all the same. Beds and pillows were super comfy, and towels fresh and fluffy.
