“Great location”

The receptionist Selena was very friendly and was always in touch with us to make sure we could find the property easily. The room was comfortably and the bathroom was very nice, the towels were provided along with the soap.

Our room was bigger than expected with a view to Pitti Palace across the road. Selena was very welcoming and friendly, she went out of her way for us on arrival. Great location.

“Nice location but NO soundproofing”

The staff was super nice! They let me check in earlier which made my life much easier :) Extremely comfortable bed in the room 103. The bathroom is in a separate room, but it's private. There is a coffee and juice machine with free beverages. The location is pretty nice, you can take a 20-min walk to the city center easily.

“Central location yet tucked away from the street kaos!”

Located directly across the Pitti Palace - overlooking the piazza! The apartment was newly renovated. Big, bright room - huge comfy bed!! The new bathroom was nicely renovated. A spacious shower with good water pressure! The staff were all welcoming and friendly. We only stayed one night, however we found the free self-serve coffee & drink machine at reception was a nice touch! Centrally located, close proximity to Ponte Vecchio & local amenities.

The location is very convenient, right in front of the palace. There is also access to an inner courtyard, and it’s easy to find. The best part, though, was the girl who works there — she was extremely friendly. Special thanks to her!

3 bed room. Two beds. Best hotel bedss i have had. A sofa bed. Selena. It is a type of personality, you dont get this from education. Luggage storage before reception opens. I Handeling taxi options. When it arrived, she swong in the suitcase. Mulitlingual. Great understanding of tourist language. Lovely building. Nice harmony interior. Herring bone floor. Gooid water pressure. Wndow in bathroom. Our room had good daylight despite view to very small if all courtyard. Room good size for the area Spacious wardrobes. Possible updates: The room deserves a better preformance from the craftsmen. A hasty job makes the room feel less complete. Stains on window. Lack of paint or trim to floor. Sound travels. Had a feeling a group of persons update rooms in this building room by room. Income/ cost. A massive mission and I applause the iniative. Good to know: elevator is norrow. Scandinavian man shulderwide. Eat? Take a left when you exit the main door and left down the ally. Continue down to the square and eat at Tomero.

“Location great but beware of the mosquitoes”

The location is great, the room is nicely decorated and big. We had a room overlooking the courtyard. While the view is not great, it is nice and quiet.
