Great location for the old part of the city. Good choice of continental breakfast items. Friendly helpful staff. The shower door wasn't working, I mentioned it to reception staff and it was fixed when I went back to the room.

Hotel is in a great location, ideal for exploring the city. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Is an expensive city to visit, so price of the hotel was on par .

Location, it has TV as well, everything we needed was in the room. One thing was really good is that we had the chance to let the baggage in the hotel the day we were living to another city, since we were living by train in the afternoon, so we didn't want to carry everything with us along the day. It didn't suppose an extra cost to us to let there the baggage, so many thanks for that.

“We loved our stay, had our two boys with us and we all really loved the hotel and breakfast!”
The location was fantastic, couple of minutes walk from the station and we walked to all the main attractions. It was a spacious room, very warm and extremely clean.

The location is amazing!!! I already lived in Florence and its a really food location! The breakfast is also good, with fruits and fresh coffe on the table. Bedsheets and towels are pretty good.

Location is great, closed to termonal and center, restorants and cafes. Clelan rooms, very nice staffs.. Breakfast quite enoguh. There is living room at the enterenxe so cosy in winter time. Price is very good. We had bclcony with nice view.

Perfect location right in the centre of Florence, within an easy walking distance to all major tourist attractions. Fantastic staff, friendly, efficient and helpful. Perfectly adequate breakfast. Very clean and great value for money. Highly recommended.
