The hotel is in a great location, 10min walk to the Accademia Gallery (David) but away from all the busy roads. Hotel rooms are large and comfy. The only reason its not a 10 is that they had building works being carried out, that being said they were very clean and pilot during the work.

Lovely room with balcony. 15 to 20 minutes walk to the main area and cathedral. Tram for the train station right out front.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel location was very good,a 10 minute walk to the city centre and trams stopping outside. We were there for the Fiorentina vs Palace game and staff would open the bar for us for a celebratory drink after midnight when we returned. The service was excellent.

The building was old. The room I stayed in was quite spacious. However, there was no power outlet near the bed to charge our phones. Overall, it was clean, but there were ants in the bed. The location was very good.

The room was very spacious and modern, stylish ! The staff were super friendly and helpful with our queries and taxi bookings. The breakfast was wonderful. We left early in a day for our tour and the staff were kind enough provide packed breakfast to carry. Location is great and close the Accademia Museum ! Good value for money and highly recommended.
