We loved from the moment we arrived Carmine's warm welcome. The B&B is so close to the SMN station, we walked easily even with our suitcases. The room was clean, welcoming, comfortable, drinking water available, coffee machine in the room, generously stocked, easy instructions of in and out. Carmine shared lots of options for Florence, we loved his local perspective. Our breakfast at Carmine's Bistrot downstairs was also a huge hit. Tons of options available so we mixed up our options. There is no other place I will stay on my next visit to Florence.

This property is located perfectly. Close to the train station and tram stops but also close to all the sites. The welcome was seamless. The building has been renovated well. The host is very very welcoming and nothing was a bother. Breakfast was fantastic! I would come back

Great location to explore the city. B&B was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast downstairs in the bistro was excellent. The highlight of our stay was the host Carmine. He was so helpful and went out of his way to ensure our stay was good.

“Perfect spot within the city and high quality room.”
Brilliant location within easy reach of the railway station and all the main attractions. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped, with nice touches like a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate. The aircon worked well. Breakfast was in the da Carmine bistro below. The staff were friendly and the food was freshly prepared.

We enjoyed everything. Location: a walking distance from all touristic interests, restaurants, markets (central market just across the street). Spotless clean. Confortable and quiet. Wonderful breakfast. Stuff and Carmine : plus 20. : ) They run the business really well, always there to help you and make you feel great. Highly recommend the location.

Our stay was very special. The room was modern, clean, everything worked perfectly. Carmine was always gentle, responded quickly and gave us all the support we needed. We had help even with our heavy luggage. The breakfast was in Carmine's bistrot and we could choose from the menu. It was delicious and the staff was incredible. A special mention to Silvana, she is great! We want to come back for sure. Wait for us Carmine ☺️

The breakfast was very good. There was a large selection of dishes - cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, yogurt, cookies. The breakfast offerings significantly exceeded those of other hotels of similar standards. The location is great. Everything is close to interesting places and monuments, museums, etc. Carmine was very nice and helpful. Above all, he was punctual - when we requested something, he promised to take care of it and he did. I recommend the place for those who are looking for a comfortable and peaceful hotel.
