Perfect location right near the Dumo

The accommodation was clean and satisfactory for a short stay. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast is not on location. They give you a voucher for a restaurant 3 blocks away. We arrived early and left our luggage. Hotel is inside a building and one block from Duomo. The room we got was on 1st floor and gave on to the street. All night we heard bottles from restaurants being cleared, garbage trucks, drunk tourists passing by. The next morning we went to the reception and a lady called DUNIA promptly recognized the issue, she grabbed our suitcases because the other two gentlemen sitting next to her did not even bother to help, and gave us a better room apologizing profusely. The location is excellent provided you instruct taxi driver with the name of the street which is in the corner of hotel. Ours dropped us across the Duomo and we had to haul our suitcases (two senior ladies) through all the cobblestones, thousands of tourists until we found the place

“A beautiful apartment steps from the Duoma”

The location was steps from the Duomo - so central! The family apartment was very large and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The B&B is located a few steps from the cathedral. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. We booked a room with breakfast included. The breakfast was buffet style, with a large selection and very good. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended 👌

The en-suite room we were allotted on checking in was very spacious and airy, with large windows and airconditioning. I am used to both a rain shower and a wand in the bathroom and the bathroom here didn’t have a wand, so I asked if we could change to a room that had a bath equipped with both. The staff were really kind and said that a room that had a bath with both would be available in a couple of days, and that we could move there. It was an upgrade! Newly refurbished with 2 balconies. We loved it! We want to thank the staff for their kindness and the wonderful service they extended to us during our whole stay with them. Had really good interaction with the two young ladies working there during our stay. We will most certainly stay with them again and recommend the hotel to all our friends. ❤️

Excellent location, super clean and luxurious place

“Amazing location and great rooms”

The location is simply amazing and they also have a parking service, so that we could reach the very centre of Florence by car and we didn't have to worry about the car anymore. The room was big and very clean (a small fridge for drinks was also very appreciated) and we could leave the luggages there after the check-out. We found a very good price deal, but even at full price the advantage of the location is worth the money. Especially for a family like us, having the staying at walking distance is a huge plus, as it allows for short breaks while visiting the beautiful town.

I liked the position and the structure, the rooms were nice and had tall walls, spacious. The view was amazing and the staff was very cordial and nice.
