Spacious room, good breakfast and very friendly hosts!

We arrived late( after 5pm) to the property and we appreciated that the staff waited to check us in. The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean and nicely presented. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning with a good range of fruits, pasties, cheeses and meats. The property is extremely handy to the train station if you are transiting through Florence.

Superb. Location about 5 mins walk from the station. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Great hosts who were very friendly and extremely helpful especially for suggesting places to eat. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay in Florence! The hospitality was exceptional — when we mentioned we were on our honeymoon, they welcomed us with chocolates and sparkling wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. The place is beautiful, extremely clean, and the bed is large and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and we really appreciated the water and biscuits available throughout the day. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended!

Warm welcome and gave us many choices and suggestions for food and attractions during check-in. Very clean room. If it is not full it feels like you are in your own house. Very nice breakfast with many options and no wake up time limit.

Fantastic location, close to the train station and walking distance to the major attractions. We were warmly greeted by the host, who contacted us prior to arrival to provide guidance on how to reach the accommodation. Facilities were top-notch and it felt like a home away from home.

The B&B was very secure requiring entry to the building via a coded gate. The B&B was cosy with good breakfasts and access to the kitchen to make drinks, top up water bottles and snacks. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The railway station was a few minutes walk away which was excellent for us for our onward journey. Many of the main sites were no more than 15/20 minutes walk away. The B&B had recommendations on where to eat.

Once you're in the apartment, everything is very clean and nice. The bathroom was spacious.

“Excellent”

We stayed for 3 nights and it was genuinely an excellent stay. The B&B is literally 300m from the right hand station exit, as you come go down the steps, turn right and walk past the flower seller / post office and look ahead & you’ll see a building with a CNA sign & the B&B is just to the left. The check in was easy as we stayed in contact on the day. The room was clean, a/c worked well, shower was hot, breakfast a simple continental, that did the job, and the location is superb. We did two days walking from the B&B into Florence as it’s only 10 mins, on the second day we also took the number 13 bus to Plazza Michelangelo, the stop is a 10 min walk. We were also able to take the regional bus to Siena (90 mins journey) as the bus station is also only about 400m away from the B&B. On the ground floor is a cafe, where you can get a beer, glass of wine or ice cream, I would not eat here as there are lots of superb restaurants in Florence.

The location of the apartment was excellent, the tram from the airport stops right outside and the apartment is central for all the sights we wanted to visit. The room is clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Host was phenomenal. Kind and very helpful. Breakfast every morning and a little kitchen in common area stocked with cold water when we returned from really hot days. Location was was minutes from everything we wanted to see. Convenient too to have a little bistro right downstairs for days that were too hot to walk anywhere for a snack or light lunch.

The location was perfect to explore the city, the room was fantastic, beautiful decor and extremely comfortable, a real pleasure to return to after a long hot day walking around the city. Andrea was a lovely host, adding knowledgeable advice and conversation on arrival and at breakfast
