Great stay and excellent service. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially Roberto who was really profesional, friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, close to everything and right in the city center, yet very quiet at night which made sleeping very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Cold shower on the first morning

The view from our room on the 5th floor was spectacular! The bed was also super comfy and the room was spacious enough for two big suitcases.

The reception staff were very helpful, kind and did their best to sort out issues. The hotel is a short distance from the River Arno and a pleasant 25 min walk into the city centre and the major attractions.

Very clean

The location was good, it took about a 15 minute walk to get to the centre and there are bus stops nearby. The hotel facilities were good, the room was comfortable and clean and the heating worked well to get the room to my desired temperature

The best hotel in Florence. Daily housekeeping, a large room with a view of the city, a great location, everything is within walking distance. It's quiet, peaceful, and warm – we stayed in January. The breakfast staff was very nice. The reception staff was friendly. We stayed five nights and felt very comfortable at the hotel. The downsides include the somewhat weak internet and the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel is super comfortable. Price and quality is on the same level. Very clean rooms with good hair dryer. Breakfast was very good as well. Location of the hotel is like 20 min walk to the center.

“Good quality with fair price”

The staff were nice. The room was really clean and smelled great. They provided detailed guides to some attractions and good restaurants. The locations are not too far nor too close, still within walking distance. Breakfast was great, with both sweet and hot food. The coffee machine has regular coffee and decaffeinated coffee.
