First of all, we would like to thank Roberto and Francesca for their warmth and hospitality, and for making us feel right at home. Being in Florence is already a wonderful experience, but Villa Incontri made our trip truly special. We enjoyed a peaceful walk through the beautiful gardens surrounded only by birdsong, followed by an amazing breakfast. Everything was delicious. The rooms were exceptionally well maintained and spotless. If we ever return to Florence, we already know exactly where we will stay. :)

This is a hidden gem. It feels like you're tucked away in the countryside, but this property is quite close to the city and nearby public transport. The surrounding nature is beautiful. The antique decor gives it a lot of character and it is so tranquil. To top it off, the host Roberto is a very friendly, gracious and accommodating gentleman. We will definitely stay here again

Accommodation was an apartment good size( note steep stairs up to two bedrooms), parking excellent. Near tram station 15 minute walk. Roberto host is charming.

“Perfetto”

I can say that it is a perfect place in one word. It is a bit far from the center. However, I can say that we were a bit lucky to find such a perfect place that you can reach from the center in such a short time. It is a magnificent place surrounded by greenery. The breakfast was incredibly sufficient and delicious. You can use the gardens surrounded by greenery whenever you want, we had wine and fruit hours in the garden in the evenings and it has a very comfortable environment where you can feel at home. You can come from the city center by tram for 15 minutes and then by walking for 10 minutes, but we generally preferred to go on foot. The owners of the villa were very polite and good people. It was enjoyable to talk to them. If I were to come to Florence again, I would definitely choose this place again. We spent 3 nights and I would like to stay for 1 week.

Everything was great. The hosts are welcoming and so kind. The villa looks incredible, the garden at the front is charming. For breakfast you have fresh high quality italian prosciutto, salami, gorgonzola, camembert and so on. Also homemade sweets. Room is nice and clean, well equiped. Fresh water, clean glass every morning.

Everything was great, location, room, breakfast. Perfect location if you are looking for a quiet place away from the crowds as you will be staying in a historic villa set in a beautiful garden. A great choice also for those travelling by car as there is free parking. If you are looking for a more urban atmosphere you might want to consider a different choice. However, you can easily reach the city center by tram in 20-30min. Roberto and his wife are very kind and friendly and you will feel at home at their villa. Definitely recommended

Beautifully situated, historic property. The owners are very friendly and justifiably proud of the accommodation. There is an excellent breakfast every morning. The location is ideal, quiet, but you are still quickly in the city centre. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next stay.
