The location was great, very quiet, and easy to walk into all the sites. It was very clean and well presented. The recommended restaurants were fantastic.

Located in a lovely part of town east walk to most attractions and requirements. A supermarket was only a couple of blocks away and good cafes

The host was wonderful and met us personally to give us keys and a tour of the apartment. She also organized excellent parking nearby. The apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood right on the Arno River. Loads of lovely cafes/bars/restaurants along this street right on the riverside. Short walk to train station and old town and landmarks. The apartment was spacious, immaculate, had a laundry in the apartment as well. We would love to visit beautiful Florence again and would definitely try to stay here again (but for a few night longer!).

The apartment is very spacious, in a beautiful building, super clean! Only 15 minutes from the train station and all the attractions, it was convenient for us to get around and pleasant to be inside! There is a grocery store and a coffee shop nearby. Wonderful hosts!

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and I found it very easy to prepare and cook meals, especially as we stayed 7 nights and not wanting to eat out every night. The apartment is very tastefully furnished keeping with Florence feel. I thought having a washing machine was a bonus and that the washing tablets were supplied. I liked the security of the building. Very good restaurants and cafes close by out of the tourist zone. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful, cozy apartment in an excellent location and in excellent condition. Comfortable beds. The owners provided everything we needed (kitchen, bathroom supplies -above our expectations) Acomodating and very nice. We would definitely come back to this appointment.

From the beginning staff met us, and help to find the apartment and garage, she was cute, friendly and very polite. Suggested placed to visit, eat and answer on all questions. I want say one more time thank so much for her. Okay, regarding the apartment is at outskirt of the old center of Florence. 100 meters from the ZTL zone (only for local residents) beginning, so if you traveling by car not so far to apartment. We left a car in a garage and walked around the city. It's big apartment in old historical building. Not so interesting view from windows only view on the courtyard, but it wasn't change our mood at all. We were exited how is super clean there. Kitchen - we found everything that we need. Cups, plates, spoons, forks, corkscrew, pans, frying pan, kettle, moka pot, towels were in sufficient quantity. Antiques add warm coziness. Bathroom - I don't know what to add, because we found everything what need.

The apartment was lovely and very clean. The host, Lucia, was very helpful with check in.

Very nicely decorated with lots of space/room with high celling's. Everything was well equipped and clean. Wi-Fi was excellent in whole apartment. The host was great and friendly and helpful.

We Loved the location and that there were many stuff in the kitchen in order to cook.

We had agreed with the owner that we meet at the apartment at certain time. We stood waiting in the street in front of the apartment at the time agreed but nobody came to meet us. We tried to call and send a message to the number the owner had given us but got no answer. After about half an hour the owner sent a message in Booking’s message box that she had given us a wrong number. So after a long waiting in heat we finally got the keys to the apartment. We wondered why the owner did not came to meet us as agreed (she lived next door to the apartment).

It was a spacious apartment with great amenities and a bonus having a washing machine. There were air conditioners in the bedroom and living room which were needed in the Florence heat of summer.
