Everything was excellent. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and it was perfectly clean. The host was very kind, helpful, and accommodating, and made sure all our requests were met. We truly felt at home and would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The loft is nearly new, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even better. The location is on the edge of Flogita, which turned out to be perfect—it’s quiet and also very convenient for getting onto the motorway. From here, we could easily reach both Kassandra and Sithonia in under an hour.

The apartment was pretty new. Kitchen has everything you need, also it has coffee machine and kettle for water boiling. Bed was comfortable for sleeping and bathroom was clean and the shower has very good water pressure. The apartment has two Tv's in living room/kitchen and in bedroom. Outside on terrace was the table with chairs so you can eat there. Cleaning servise also was good and the staff were asking is something is needed to be change. We had a very good time with our little kid there in apartment on ground floor.

The accommodation had everything we needed, and it truly made our vacation enjoyable and comfortable.The place is located right on the edge of Nea Flogita, so the center is a bit further away, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

“Clearly unsuitable for wheelchair users who cannot stand or walk!”

As a wheelchair user who cannot walk or stand, I find it very difficult to put my deep disappointment into words – and yet I also want to mention some of the positive aspects. The property appears very tasteful and well-kept from the outside, with many charming details that create a pleasant impression. There are plenty of parking spaces available, a gas station is located directly behind the building, and a traditional local tavern nearby invites you to stop by

“This apartment should be removed from Booking, it breaches the basic booking rules!”

We didnot like anything in this apartment, starting from the rude attitude of the owner, low standards of the maisonette and poor location! When we arrived, we send immediately message to owner to transfer us in bigger apartment, because it is very tight and it does not meet our needs for sleeping and comfortable stay. Also, we requested the baby cot to be removed by our room, because it occupied a lot of space in the kitchen. On this request the host responded to us that everything is properly listed and that if we have problems he will list " no show" so that we can go whatever we want. We didnot expect such rude answer, and we continued the communication with explanation that the comfort is not for three people and that the price which we payed( 90 eur per night) does not correspond to value of service. On the end we repeated again from the host to remove the baby cot from our room. Afterwards, the host blackmailed us that He will report us on Booking for misconduct, so that he makes sure that we cannot make a report or review becuase he does not trust us. At the end he finished with his statement that he is sending someone to clean our room, if we think that our money is not well spent. He ended that he is expecting our response as soon as possible. On this constatation, we asked a simple question, are we going to receive return of the 100% of paid amount of the apartment? The host replied that of course he is not going to return any money. On this we responded that we will stay but we are not happy at all with his answers! The host has answered that we will be reported because he wants to protect his establishment and that the baby cot will not be removed. We were astonished by such rude attitude and we never faced so far such bad experience. To be blackmailed for paid accommodation (100%) with child, and to blackmail us that we will be reported to Booking so that we cannot make review ,is something unbelievable for us.

“Noisy and uncmfortable”

There’s no soundproofing, yet the property is advertised to have soundproofing. We could hear snoring and any sound that was made by the adjacent rooms. Other guests were extremely rude and were allowed to make as much noise as possible - playing loud music after 22:00, having big and loud gatherings in balconies, letting their children run around and scream right next to our bedroom. Sleeping or resting was impossible. We made several noise complaints with absolutely no followup from the host. This was the worst vacation we’ve been on by a fair margin.

The location is close to the beach and the place is with modern facilities. It’s quite new and peaceful.

“Great apartment for fair price + private parking with tent.”

Modern Appartment. 10 minutes walking to the beaches of Flogita, what is fair for the price. Private parking lots with the tent to hide the car from the sun. If you plan to drive to the islands of Halkidiki, this is the best location to stay, since it’s near to the main road. The only nuance to mention, if you take two floors family number, be careful on the stairs, especially with your head if you’re higher 1,8 meters, however you could get used to it.

The location is in a quiet and peaceful place within walking distance of the center. Very kind host who helped us with everything during our stay. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed. The sheets and towels were changed at every cleaning. There was a covered parking space for each car.

It is near to the beach,has one tavern close with good food.Costa or something like that.The room is ideal for family with children.Lidl is 10 km away,it has a balcony where you can serve food.

Great accomodation very close both to the beach and to the centre of the village. Efi and George are nice , very friendly and always happy to assist you with anything you might need. We are so grateful for their hospitality! The apartment was spotless, spacious and very cosy to stay. Fully furnished and brand new! Parking was across the street, we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you👍
