Location, very nice staff, willing to advice/help , bike storage available!!

I arrived late on the bus from Chur. The reception was already closed, but with the doorcode I could enter the hotel, and my room key was left on the reception desk in an envelop. Breakfast was delicious!

Location very close to the ski slopes and the bus station, cleanliness, excellent spa, very good food and very friendly staff!

Super friendly staff, very comfortable, great location, plenty of parking, amazing breakfast, and superb pizzeria!

I was skeptical of all the positive reviews but was not disappointed. I have stayed in lots of hotels, some more modern than others, often they are all style and no substance, or they simply don't meet the expectations. This hotel exceeds expectations, from the super friendly helpful staff, to the comfy bed and quiet room with adjustable temperature, great powerful shower and excellent breakfast selection with local products. Stylistically its from another era but that is definitely part of its charm and authenticity. My guess is with it being family run for generations, they have figured out what works without any nonsense and that is really rare in 2026. If you are not sure between booking this hotel or another, (as I was) then don't hesitate. I promise you wont be disappointed :)

The excellent grill was a very welcome surprise for dinner - everything that was had from the grill was delicious.

Very clean, close to lifts, very important that they have a large parking area.

Great staff, room is cosy and saunas are nice. They have 3 restaurants. Very practical, Bus stop is next to the hotel.

They gave me an upgrade to a room with an amazing view over the mountains and the sauna area was very nice!

Very friendly staff, clean, quiet and comfortable room. The location is perfect since there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Everything was very pleasant here!!

The hotel has all conveniences, parking, super close to local buses, 3 very nice restaurants and a sauna area. The room was simple but good. Good price/quality for our room.
