Overview
Terminal Neige – Totem features free WiFi throughout and is located in the heart of Flaine, 100 metres from Télébenne Ski Lift. Guest can enjoy an après-ski drink in the bar. Rooms have a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom equipped with free toiletries and a hair dryer. Selected rooms have a seating area and/or a terrace or balcony. The hotel reception desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. “Would definitely recommend Totem and come back to stay! We loved skiing in Flaine too - a great resort”
Very welcoming, well laid out, relaxing atmosphere, comfortable social areas, breakfast was excellent, views amazing, we loved our room (the 25 sq. m with balcony) perfect size and the bed was really comfortable…..and we are really fussy about beds!

Location very good and handy for skiing. Room was warm and comfortable. Great bar and lounge area. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed comfy. Very good breakfast selection.

Excellent front desk staff (very helpful when I needed some help getting a shovel to dig the car out of the snow!). Great location - ski-in/ski-out. Comfortable and clean. Addressed a concern raised very well (see below).

Great location - ski in and out with a great view. Nice little spa. I would clearly recommend, very nice people. While they could not accommodate flowers for my wife bday, they left some balloons cookies and chocolates which very cute and nice

Location is spot on, just a short walk/ski to the main lifts. The hotel public areas and the bedrooms are nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable, the quality and range of food options is excellent, and exceptional customer service was received from all staff - nothing was too much trouble. Very handy having the ski rental shop inside the hotel and they were extremely efficient and helpful too.
