“Excellent and peaceful stay.”
We loved our stay at Alhena. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and had some coffee and tea and kitchen cleaning products to last the week. We would love to come back in the winter and experience a different season!

Love the location and the apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast downstairs in the restaurant is very pricey but they also offer a fresh bread delivery in the morning which we could enjoy in the comfort of our apartment so this was a great alternative!

“The most perfect ski apartment”
Location was perfect. Truly ski in ski out and walkable to all restaurants/bars/shops in Flaine. Traffic free. Spacious accommodation with high end fittings. Best ski accommodation I have experienced. We hesitated to review as we don't want the prices to go up :)

There were no hooks in the apartment other than just three ones at the entrance. You need hooks in the rooms for your skiing stuff, I think it is pretty obvious. You find them in any hotel room in a skiing resort so they should be in this property as well.

“Modern, new, nice”
The location, the sauna was very good but a pity the was is no outdoor Whirpool. The inside Whirpool was really below the level. The fitness wool. The hotel, apartment and facilities were modern, nice materials, well combined and new. The apartment had a lot of windows which did not feel dark in bad weather days.

“A fantastic week - we will be back”
The welcome was friendly and efficient. The door codes were easy to use. The apartment was lovely and virtually ski-in and out. Access to all the hotel facilities was great, and access through the hotel from Flaine Front de Neige to Flaine Forum was easy. Car parking was easy to find and access. It was brilliant to have access to a laundry -although in our week it wasn’t operating. However, the hotel did our laundry free instead so that was really helpful.

“Exceptional hotel in prime location with immediate proximity to main Flaine areas. Can’t recommend enough.”
Exceptional hotel. Extremely well equipped (spacious, high end equipment, heated/secure personal ski lockers etc), very clean throughout. Spa, Sauna, Swimming Pool area great facility for relaxation. Couple of mins walk to main Flaine Forum shops/restaurants, again another major positive. Underground parking available and saves parking locally and walking back to hotel. Ski in/out and 30 secs from nursery and main Grand Massif uplift. Highly recommended and would visit/stay again.

“Luxurious apartments in a fantastic location with lovely swim/Spa facilities”
The apartments were beautifully presented, spacious and with all appliances that you need for self catering (& more). They are situated right on the slopes, close to a beginners area which was perfect for skiing in & out with children. There was a spacious, heated, ski boot store with seating (the best we & our friends have ever encountered). The spa and swimming area was amazing - although at times full of too many children which made swimming difficult.

“Great accommodation option but teething problems with the new-build.”
Amazing facilities and a fantastic location in Flaine (which in fairness is a compact resort anyway). Accommodation was very well appointed and with all the mod-cons. Boot lockers were the best we have experienced (ski rack, heated boot warmers, helmet and glove driers).
