We had lovely stay in Fiskardo. It’s impossible to beat location and view from apartment. Could sit on the terrace all day and watch boats and people passing by. Apartment was very clean and had everything what’s needed for weeks stay . Host was very helpful and shared information about places to see, beaches to visit and tavernas to enjoy nice food.

WOW where to start. A beautiful apartment with stunning views of Fiskardo Harbour. Had a fantastic 3 night stay in Windward Suite Fiskardo. The host is so lovely, always on hand to talk too, she gave me plenty of information on things to do and see in and around fiskardo. The accommodation was perfect, comfortable bed, AC in the bedroom. Lounge area and kitchen has everything you need. Kettle, fridge/freezer. Lots of extra touches, like water and prosecco in fridge on arrival. The balcony area is huge, and the view was stunning to wake up too. A perfect place to sit in the morning or evening. The accommodation is right in the harbour, with all its shops and restaurants on your doorstep. I'm coeliac and there was plenty of restaurants I could eat in, the ice cream shop also had gluten free wafer cones which I enjoyed. Fiskardo is definitely worth staying for a few nights and windward suite is highly recommended. Car hire is a must to see the beaches and sights in the North of the island. Free Parking is available right by the accommodation. Plenty of boat trips to do from fiskardo too, I visited Ithaca on a trip. Thank you so much for kicking my solo holiday off with brilliant memories. I will be back.

“Beautiful apartment - beautiful host.”

This is a lovely apartment in a gorgeous location. Fiskardo is a beautiful harbour village where boats range from tiny fishing boats up to huge superyachts. Boat and people-watching is a fabulous way to spend the day and this apartment is right by the harbour with a wonderful view and swimming right outside. There is plenty of free parking nearby. The wonderful host, Gabi, has styled the apartments beautifully with lots of little extra touches. The kitchen has a full sized fridge/freezer, microwave and two electric rings. The shower room is compact but has everything you need (although some shelves would be useful). The king-size bed is comfortable and there's lots of wardrobe space. Gabi lives on-site, with her lovely little dog and cute cat, and is super-keen to make sure you have a wonderful time. Nothing is too much trouble. Simply a beautiful apartment and a beautiful host - we can't wait to return.

“Wonderful Fiscardo stay”

Fabulous location in the village, access to the sea directly in front of the building. Very clean and comfortable. Gabriella could not have been more hospitable, a wonderful host. The accommodation has a very well equipped kitchen and a huge balcony with views over the entrance to the port, over to the lighthouse and Ithaca.

We had a wonderful time at Windward Suite! I would recommend it to anyone who would like to experience a relaxing holiday in walking proximity to everything you need. There is a small beach 3 mins away walking distance and plenty of restaurants to enjoy for lunch/dinner. We will truly remember this place and are leaving relaxed from our holiday! From the harbour, you can take ferries to Ithaki and Lefkada as well.

It was such a pleasure staying at Windward suite. Gabriella is the best host by far. She was so helpful with everything and she knows the island so much. Everything we needed she was there to help. The place itself has the best view you can imagine. Seafront and you can see so many boats. A lot of space to sit outside and enjoy breakfast or dinner watching boats passing by. We absolutely loved it. I absolutely recommend this place. Thank you Gabriella and your sweet dog Astrid so making our trip so memorable!!!!!

The location of the property was perfect, the view from the terrace was stunning. We had welcome drinks on arrival which was a very nice touch. The apartment had everything we needed. The Windward Suite and the other properties belonging to the Captains Guest House are set in an enviable position right on the water’s edge in Fiscardo. You’re a stones throw from the wonderful bars and restaurants but still have tranquility whilst watching the world go by outside on the water.

The location was great, lovely view over the corner of the harbour. Not on the main prom so not as affected by noise but only a minute’s walk away. The Windward suite has a better view than the one immediately next to it. The balcony was great with a sofa and chairs - well sheltered from the sun. The property was good, spacious enough given you spend most time out of it.
