“Perfect quiet retreat from the chaos of Fiskardo ferry chaos”

A beautiful peaceful location with many places to sit and enjoy the surroundings, eat a meal, enjoy a drink or two. Beer and wine on arrival was most welcome! Such a short walk to the centre of Fiskardo but being at the villa felt like being in the middle of nowhere. The property was palatial! Would definitely return :)

“Quiet location on the edge of Fiskardo”

Excellent and quiet location on the edge of Fiskardo. The host (Eleni) was very helpful. Aircon ion the bedrooms was welcome and everything worked. It was a good base for our our family holiday.

Very central but quiet location; we absolutely loved all the outside space (and the fact the interior was also very spacious). It was just three of us, so my husband and I had the main bedroom, with an en suite, and our daughter had a second bedroom, with a bathroom to herself. There was also a downstairs toilet with a washing machine, which we found really useful. Beach towels were provided, which was great as we travelled hand luggage only. There were three sun beds, although we didn’t use them, preferring to sit at the ‘back’ where there was a big table and three very comfortable chairs. We also used one of the (downstairs) balconies a bit because there was another table there, with a sea view. There were so many different spaces to sit at — and for us this was a huge draw. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely large house with lots of patio and balcony space outside too. Very short well lit walk from Fiskado but extremely quiet location in amongst the trees. Air con in the bedrooms worked well at night. Good modern facilities throughout the house. Our host provided very helpful suggestions for nearby beaches, Tavernas and restaurants in Fiskado all of which were just perfect. Nice to see the water, the masts of the yachts and Itheka from the house too.

“The Best Place to Stay in Fiskardo!”

The location is perfect - very private and just a 3 minute walk into the heart of Fiskardo. This is a 3 bedroom home complete with cooking and laundry facilities, numerous decks and tables to choose from outside and excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms. Lots of room to spread out inside and out, and this would easily handle 3 couples or a family group. Best of all was our host Eleni who popped in several times to check in with us to answer any questions we had and make suggestions regarding things to do in the area. She was incredibly informative and helpful, very pleasant to deal with, and spoke excellent English. We really appreciated the welcoming gifts of jam and herbs, beer in the fridge, and a bottle of wine. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa as a wonderful place to stay especially as a quiet alternative to the hustle and bustle found at times in the centre of the village. The two outside cats were a welcome bonus!

“A stunning villa in beautiful Fiskardo”

What a delightful place to spend a holiday. A peaceful, comfortable villa in a secluded, wooded location, yet only a 5 minute walk into Fiskardo. Eleni’s place is very clean and spacious; all the rooms are large and well furnished with an outdoor space attached. There are two patios on the ground floor and each of the three bedrooms has a balcony with lovely views down to Fiskardo. The lounge is extremely roomy with comfy sofas, a large TV and cable service. The kitchen / dining area is a good size and very well equipped. The bedrooms have firm beds, ample storage and good, strong air conditioning. There are two bathrooms, both with good showers. Fast, strong WiFi is available throughout the villa. The host Eleni is friendly and helpful with her advice & recommendations and generously provided a welcome pack of wine and local produce. Highly recommended.

Wonderful peaceful and convenient location, beautiful house with lots of outdoor spaces, inspiring view of Ithaki (which is well worth a visit), and lovely large rooms for our family holiday. We really enjoyed it as a base to explore Fiskardo and the surrounding northern Kefalonia area. Host was super-considerate and communicated helpful tips. We found everyone we met to be just as welcoming. Everything about it was really special.

The villa was beautiful, plenty of space indoors and outside for all of us to be together or apart. Beautifully maintained with adequate facilities and equipment. We really appreciated our welcome pack of wine and local produce. Location was amazing, peaceful, but only a short stroll into Fiskardo.

Fioroula's villa was amazing all around with everything we needed. We loved the views from the bedroom balconies and especially from the wee window in the shower. A short walk into Fiscardo but lovely and quiet at the villa - a wee bit of paradise. Our host's son meet us with keys and lovely welcome gifts and we were given lots of advice about the local area, which is beautiful. Thank you for a great stay

The villa is located in the perfect spot for anyone wanting total peace and quiet - and with the bonus of just a short 5 minute walk into the wonderful shops, bars and restaurants of Fiskardo. The villa was very comfortable with well positioned patios to get sun or shade at any time of day. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms spacious and clean. Fioroula was a fabulous host - we were greeted with kind, welcoming gifts for our stay which were very much appreciated.
