It was centrally located and conveniently close to the bus stop. There was adequate space to store our snowboarding gear using the balcony, which had a great view too.

“Strategic location”

Good hosts, and a fairly quiet neighborhood. The house has a cosy interior, also everything was very clean. Everything corresponds to the description. There is quick access to the bus stop towards Hintertux and also a ski bus to Mayrhofen.

The property is a little out of Mayrhofen, but that is clear from the location map, and it is not far uphill from the town. If you follow the path uphill behind the property, you quickly reach bus stops in both directions on the bus route between Mayrhofen and Hintertux. These allow travel into the town or to the bus and train stations. By foot, the town would be perhaps 20 minutes and the stations 25 minutes, both at a swift pace. The property itself has an attractive traditional appearance. There is a well-maintained garden and a terrace area with seating, where you can relax and admire the fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. I stayed in a single room, which served as a suitable base for longer hiking trips in the upper valleys. The stay was excellent value compared to similar properties in the same area. The welcome from the hosts was particularly friendly, which contributed greatly to what was a fantastic visit to the beautiful Zillertal.

“Great Little Apartment in beautiful Mayrhofen”
This was a fantastic little apartment that was spotlessly clean, comfortable and run by a lovely local family. It was everything that we needed for a great weeks skiing
