Ocean view rooms have a lovely outlook and sea breeze. The bed is comfortable and room a good size with good storage. It’s good value and ideal if you’re after a quieter beach and village feel. The room has a good TV and fridge. It’s close to the bus stop which is handy.

The location. It is on a beautiful beach and there is a couple of very good restaurants nearby.

The hotel is well situated for the beach and although it is near the road, if you get a sea view room you will not notice the noise too much. There is a car park for the hotel on the other side of the road, but take care pulling out in traffic. The main entrance is on the street and there is another doorway that bypasses reception and gets straight to the rooms using your room card. Another basement level door on the beach side accesses the lift and again means you can bypass reception. A fairly priced breakfast is available, mainly bread, croissant, cheese and ham. You can get proper coffee too, as reception is set up like a cafe and is popular with passing Camino hikers. The sea side upper rooms have views of the beach and it's really lovely in the mornings; the Spanish don't really go to the beach till the afternoons, so enjoy this quiet time. Restaurant A Cabana just behind the hotel near the beach does a great BBQ with wood fuel - meat being the main offering - but a normal menu avaialable too. Whilst not perfect, the hotel is well-priced, with friendly staff and we enjoyed our stay here. The beach is beautiful in the morning and Fisterra and Corcubion are nearby for sightseeing. The Corcubion Medieval Festival in July is fun.

I paid the extra for an 'ocean view' room, and was pleased with that choice. The room was perfectly adequate, and the view was lovely.

Superb little hotel. Modern and very clean. Lovely beach less than 100m from the hotel. I was not well when there and the owner and her mum (Jennifer and Billie) could not have done more to help me.

The breakfast was really good and staff so pleasant. The bedroom and bathroom were really impressive. Simple but carefully thought out and appealing The young lady who booked me in early, who upgraded my room to have a view of the sea, who communicated through my translate app as I am English speaking. The lift to the secure entrance and exit was well thought out and easy to access owing to the instruction in the lift etc. a very special thank you to the young lady who manages the hotel, who because of heavy rain and I was to walk to the town of Finesterra took my backpack and myself right to the Rústico hotel I was to stay in in Finesterra at no extra charge. I reported my experience to the travel agent in case she has clients who might like to stay. Thank you for a great stay

“convenient stop on the camino but plan your food carefully”

great beach views out of the window. everything was spotless and indeed it felt like a brand new refurb. downsides were closed restaurant and breakfast was too late if your walking the camino. Upside thoughthe staff packed us a lovely breakfast to go.

The hotel was new and clean and the guy serving breakfast was super hospitable.
