We really enjoyed our 10 days stay at this traditional villa. Nana, the owner, kindly shared with us the touching history of this place and also her delicious dishes. Thank you, Nana, for your warmth and generosity! The beach was amazing and so close to the house, the sea very clean and inviting. We made a lot of beautiful memories on the large and welcoming veranda, enjoying the sound of the sea. We will gladly come back in the future!

Villa Athena is a perfect place for having a summer holiday far from everyone, only with people that you have choose to. The villa is in the Sani Wetlands protected area and it is (for now) the only inhabited building. The owner of the place lives in the second building. I have never seen this kind of hospitality both from Mrs Athena and Halu team. They reacted to the smallest request and their attitude to the guests is remarkable. The villa has everything that you need. The beach is 5 mins walking through the forest and it is basically all yours (have in mind that the beach is sandy, but there are rocks in the water, so swimming shoes are good idea). Very beautiful, calm, comfortable place. We definitely recommend.

For those who adore tranquility, this villa is just perfect. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the extremely kind owner with two platters of fresh fruit. The sea is a mere 5-minute walk away. The great advantage of this location is that along the approximately 2-3km beach, there are very few tourists, providing a near-private experience. But if you're seeking a beach with a bar, the next one along the coast is just a 5-minute drive away. This offers you the best of both worlds: serene solitude or lively social ambiance, all within close proximity. The house is equipped with everything you need, from a very large refrigerator to a dishwasher and a washing machine. Each room has air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, and a large terrace where you can peacefully enjoy a glass of wine while listening to the waves of the sea in the evening!

We liked the remote location, the beautiful property and the friendly host. The beach is just a short walk (400m) from the house thorough the Sani forest, many other places are also within reach by car. The local beach is not very visited and it is very beautiful, clear water and a sunset view. The house is very spacious, every room is equipped with an air-conditioner, with a rustic interior.
