The room was big - the bed very cosy - everything was clean - the bathroom had an outside window - and the terrace is a great place to hang out! If we ever come back to Fes we‘d definitely love to stay at the riad again - thanks once again :)

“Great Location and Authentic Stay with Minor Drawbacks”

The accommodation was very comfortable and beautifully arranged, with a charming authentic style that really adds to the overall experience. The hosts were extremely kind and always ready to help, making sure we felt welcome and supported throughout our stay. The location is very good, close to the Medina as well as to public parking.

I had a very, very pleasant stay and truly enjoyed every moment. From the very beginning, I was welcomed with such warmth, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. A special thank you to Anas, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. He answered all of my questions, gave great tips, and was always available—no matter the time of day. Whether I reached out to him or met him at the riad, he was always there and ready to assist. What I especially appreciated was the almost personal level of care and attention. The family is wonderful, and the riad itself is beautiful and authentic. It truly reflects the culture of Fes in a way you would imagine a traditional riad to be. I also loved that the historic character of the building has been preserved and brought to life—it made the experience even more special. Overall, the service was excellent, and I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Anas is very nice and helpful , someday we had no time to eat breakfast , he still prepared breakfast box for us to takeaway, we really enjoy the four days here. Breakfast and dinner is really delicious too . His Mom is a good cook

A riad with lots of potential let down by the hosts annoyance to save the minor of costs. Things like less than quarter roll of toilet paper, no ac remote, hot water that runs out quickly, questionable if they bother changing sheets, not washing dishes etc. The ground floor room also has its bed right next to the breakfast table, with windows that don’t seal, guests are right next to your bed. Although the family is considerate with noise, the guests are less so. Other rooms upstairs have more privacy. Bathroom is barely usable due to lack of hot water. Beware of location and walking home at night from the main restaurant area, although the riad location is safe, getting there from the other gate after nightfall is not.

“Great stay! I will come back”

I loved our stay here. It’s very personal, where you can feel at home easily. The room was very nice. The communication is great and Anas gave us the location for a parking place close by (40 Dirham for 24h), where he picked us up. I would definitely come back!

Everything was excellent. The room, the riad, the food, the family who run it, and Anas is especially great 👍 he is great.

welcoming staff and nice riad. we stayed for 3 days and they was guite care about us. breakfast is delicious and good location for old medina. if you travel by car there is a big city parking just near riad

“Excellent riad in Fez”

A beautiful authentic riad with a great breakfast and a super friendly staff. They are truly lovely. The riad really look like the pictures. Our room was spacious and very comfortable.

“The perfect stay”

Moroccan style at its best! This Riad is classical and original. Amazing interior and very clean! The bed was like heaven, so big and comfortable! So much space and the bathroom was simple but stylish and perfect size. The room next to the roof terrace had its own little private balcony space and we enjoyed it a lot! Very friendly hosts and easy to find. Breakfast was good.

“Very dirty and noisy. Don’t recommend!”

Very dirty rooms, they don’t change bed linen and I think that they clean rooms not oftener than 1 time in 2 month. Breakfast portion is very small and I was shocked that they don’t wash dishes, instead they just wipe them with a towel!!! We were checked into a room on the ground floor where is very noisy, because there is a restaurant behind the wall! After one night we were forced them to move us to another room. Don’t recommend!

Kind people very helpful very hospital you feel yourself home

Anass was the best host we could have for our first days in Morocco. He was always there to help us, we communicated very well. He presented us some options for tours, activities, food, but without being pushy about it which I appreciated a lot. The location is good for easy access to taxis, tours. The family is very kind, food was good as well

everybody was super nice! the house is beautiful the room was spacious and it was outside of the Medina so we could leave our bike close by :)

Received with great joy and hospitality by the family. Anass super helpful, kind! Everyone is ready for whatever is needed. we got sick in the middle of our stay and received full care from our hosts. The Riad is clean, the breakfast is delicious and the location is great. We definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get to know Fes!
