“Fabulous hosts, in a quiet central area of Fez.”

Medhi and Samir were the perfect hosts and looked after us really well, providing big breakfasts and evening tagine meals even during Ramadan. The trips we arranged with Samir allowed us to learn a lot about Fes, its history and traditions, as well as the surrounding areas.

A lovely riad and a wonderful introduction to Fes for our first visit. We chose this property because it’s just close by to the Parking making arrivals and pickups easy—no navigating narrow alleys with luggage, which was a big plus. The riad is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the staff were consistently excellent and welcoming. Thoughtful touches like umbrellas available by the front door added to the overall comfort of our stay. We would happily recommend this riad to anyone looking for a charming, well-located place to stay in Fes.

Lovely Riad. Just outside the medina so very peaceful. Very easy to get to as next to a car park. Room was very spacious with all the amenities. The bed was very good to sleep on. The bathroom was very traditional and functional at the same time. Constant hot water which was brilliant. The breakfast was perfect. A cross with Moroccan pastries (Harsha or Msemen) and fresh bread with a lot of spreads. Fresh orange juice and mint tea. Fatima-Zahra was excellent. Very helpful. She answered all our questions.

The staffs were very helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast absolutely delicious. The location was excellent — just a 5-minute walk from the Medina. I forgot my airpods at the hotel and the staff kindly arranged to have them shipped to my next hotel for a small fee. On our last day, they also helped us to arrange a taxi for 5am which was very helpful.

Beautiful building, its potential is not used. It's conveniently located. Staff is helpfull arranging transport, suggesting good restaurants. The lady cooking breakfest is extremely polite.

Lovely old riad with some lovely touches. We only stayed one night here so we can’t comment too much. Our room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Wifi stable.

Beautiful Riad and a great location. Facilities were clean. Samir was a very friendly host and took us on a tour through the old Medina. Great hospitality from his brother Othmane and also Fatima. Highly recommend.

This is the worst and terrible accommodation. Booking.com clearly states that there is an air conditioner, but when I pointed it out that it didn't work, they responded that they would do something about it, but in the end, they said nothing and no updates, I mean the air conditioner didn't work. The room was very cold and not comfortable at all. It seemed even worse since the riad in Marrakech was wonderful. The shower drain also seems to be badly maintained. The riad itself was quaint but the facility was much below standard. I was offered a tour (3 hours) sponsored by an owner in the medina for 20 euros, but even without that, I was able to go around by myself comfortable without any hesitation. Not worth the money at all. Are they kidding the guests? Definitely not recommended.  Extremely unprofessional. Will report this issue to booking.com and request refund.

The hosts were amazing! They were helpful, attentive, and very kind. Samir was an amazing tour guide and gave us a lot of helpful advice on going around the city.

Room and bathroom was big and spacious. Samir was very friendly and helpful from before we arrived at the property. His brother ‘otmane’ at property was as well very friendly and polite. We arrived late and were still welcomed with a nice moroccan mint tea. Otmane arranged dinner for us late at night and I can’t tell you enough how delicious it was. He said it was made by his sister and we are really very thankful to her. Rest everything was perfect
