“Incredible place INCREDIBLE PLACE!”

The staff, the hotel and the place was fantastic 👌. We were upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the old city.The Breakfast and coffee was fabulous in the morning . Muhammed, Hammed and Oggmam was incredibly happy and very helpful. The big advantage about the fabulous place was the swimming pool and location! Myself and my son will definitely return back!

“Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location”

We had a lovely weekend at Palais Shazam. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Our room was exceptional, with a lovely balcony. The breakfast was substantial and delicious and we also enjoyed a lovely lunch by the pool. The pool area was beautiful and the pool was so refreshing. The location was perfect. “Put yourself at the heart of the Medina”

Really lovely arrival with complimentary tea and biscuits, and a personalised overview of the different landmarks on a handy map of the medina. The room was really spacious with a huge bath and shower and shower gel and shampoo included. The fridge in the room was put to good use for water and other drinks! The bed was comfortable and air con was perfect. The courtyard is great for relaxing in, which was really useful as we were visiting during Eid and most shops and attractions were shut. The pool is perfect for cooling off, which was much needed as the temperature was getting up to 36°C each day. The location is amazing - right at the heart of the medina and within walking distance of various stalls and tourist attractions. The food in the restaurant is really good, including the breakfast which was served from 08:30 until 10:00 each morning. The men running the hotel are so welcoming and friendly. We had the hammam and massage which was €45 each - definitely worth it! Location is great for taxi too as next to a landmark (the parking lot) which made drop off and pick up easy and convenient.

Staff were very hospitable and made us feel at ease. Hotel courtyard is stunning. We got one of the newer renovated rooms with huge windows, modern finishes, and a great view of the city - very impressed.

The staff was exceptionally great, they made our stay very special from the first moment. Even though we only stayed 2 nights the were far and beyond to provide everything that we needed and accommodate every request. We were celebrating a birthday and they made it unforgettable. Thank you very much to everyone but especially Hamid who made our first stay in Fez a better experience. All of them were lovely and very friendly, Hassan and Mohamed were also great!! I can’t express how satisfied we left. If I ever come back to fez I’ll definitely will be staying here. The place had a really good location, next to the Medina as well as close to the airport and train station. Walking distance to all the touristic places. Lovely interior design and very nice to enjoy at night, perfect if you want to relax. Also the breakfast is delicious.

“Perfect and cosy stay at this Riad. Would absolutely recommend !”

We booked 4 nights at this Riad and loved it. Great amenities: perfect breakfast included and good food if you’re looking for something to eat there instead of going out. Great and relaxing massages, would recommend. We had two rooms with amazing views specially during sunrise. The staff were amazing. Special thanks to Ibrahim who welcomed us with open arms and guided us for our first journey to the city. He changed our room because the shower was clogged up, prepared and woke up early to gave us take-out breakfasts because we were living very early and reserved us a taxi for our trip back. Thank you for your hospitality. Would recommend this place 😍

Great location, wonderful staff!

Great place! We especially loved how kind the staff was—they truly helped us with everything we needed. A really sweet highlight was playing with the turtles in the garden! The location is super convenient, right next to a parking area and a 30-second walk into the heart of the Medina.The common areas are very cozy and pleasant to spend time in. We really enjoyed our time here.

The courtyard is really pretty and is beautifully lit by the sun during the afternoon. We arrived early and the hosts welcomed us with a lovely mint tea and allowed us to store our bags until the room was ready. we had a very early departure the next morning and they went out of their way to arrange our transfer and ensure our departure was comfortable. They shared many details of the best places to see in the area. All the staff were friendly and thoughtful. Overall a lovely experience and i would recommend this place to anyone staying in Fes.

“Perfect Spot to Explore Fes”

The courtyard was lovely, the location perfect and the staff was amazing. They were so lovely and helpful, very kind to our kids. The room worked well for the 4 of us and we enjoyed the quiet location, on the edge of the Medina, easy to find again, but close to everything. Messi the resident tortoise was a fan favorite.
