The place is wonderful for relaxation. The staff was exceptional. Ask for Amal, she was kind and very welcoming! Wonderful place and close to everything.

Love the hotel and slept well. Amal at the counter made our stay feel 100 times better. She helped us with whatever we needed and went above and beyond. Her manager needs to give her bonus or a pay rise.

“Decent place to stay if you don’t mind the location and can overlook some minor cleaning issues”
We stayed at this hotel for one night. While the overall experience was pleasant, there are a few things worth noting. The location is not great at all – it’s quite far from the city centre, and the pool is not in the same building, requiring you to go outside and cross the road to access it. That said, the hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and most of them spoke English, French, and Arabic, which made communication easy. Check-in was fast and smooth. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including air conditioning, which was a big plus. However, the cleanliness could be improved – especially the floor, where we found hairs and stains. While the hotel is well maintained and has 24/7 security guards on site, we felt that the price was a bit too high for what was offered. In general, it’s a decent place to stay if you don’t mind the location and can overlook some minor cleaning issues.
