The communication with the owner was really nice. They have put a new sofa which is really comfortabel. I would recommend this place.

very beautiful, comfortable, and elegant apartment, with all the essential amenities, excellent cleanliness, and a well-equipped kitchen. The terrace is lovely, and the area is peaceful. Free street parking is available nearby, which is a big plus, although it’s not always guaranteed. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay overall, but there are a couple of important points that should be addressed by the host as soon as possible. First, the sofa bed in the open space/living room is broken and unsafe. I actually fell off it during the night. The extension part doesn’t hold properly and collapses suddenly, detaching from the rest of the frame — which can be dangerous. Second, there was only half a roll of toilet paper provided for four people. If you don’t have a car, it’s a serious inconvenience, especially since the nearest shop is about 20 minutes away on foot and is sometimes closed all day. The next option is several kilometers away. Additionally, after booking and paying a significant amount, you receive constant messages about your responsibilities — including instructions that basically ask you to clean the place thoroughly before you leave. While we completely understand and agree with being respectful and tidy, this felt a bit excessive, considering it’s a paid accommodation. In conclusion, it’s a beautiful apartment in a quiet location, but with a few small but important details that need attention. We hope the host takes these into consideration for future guests.”**

“Lovely experience overall”

Location is very quiet, not far from bus stop which makes it easy and cheap journey to Paris city centre. Also easy to get to Disneyland.

The cleanliness was not as rated on this site; there were crumbs all over the floor. The heating in the bathroom is not working. No one is responding to messages. I forgot my headphones and asked them if they could check where they were, but I received no reply.

Location was very good, within a good distance to disney, the underground car park was good and felt the car was well secure

Location and apartment space was ample

The beds were super comfy, had the best night sleep whilst there. Me and both my teenage sons sleep in the main bedroom due to the bed being so big. They also provided a fan which was great during the hot nights.

it is not at all as you see in the pictures, I found quite a lot of mess, cold, the heater in the bathroom does not work, I took a bath in the cold, and the owner leaves much to be desired! be careful, you are obliged to clean, otherwise they will stop the money! I don't understand how there are so many good reviews! I cleaned anyway in the conditions in which I did not find clean, there was a mop to wipe on the game that smelled terrible and was dirty, and the vacuum cleaner as well, in the bathroom I found hair on the toilet and a lot of dust, and this that there is no disinfection after every person who enters there....I took pictures of what I found there anyway! the only good thing is that it's close to Disneyland, that's all!
