Good responses to need for a little more time so later check-out allowed. Dining room service was also very good.

“convenient and comfortable”
great staff and very friendly welcome late at night; after a long journey, it cheered me up to be welcomed so warmly. very spacious and quiet room. excellent breakfast, including the congee (rice soup). location right by T1, so I was able to just walk over to pick up my friend flying in the next morning.

“Nice location inside the terminal and nice staff.”
The location inside the terminal was amazing. Nice rooms and views, our reservation included lounge access, which made our stay even better, especially since we are a family with kids. Front desk staff was very lovely and helpful.

“Good option for an airport stay”
Great breakfast. Pool looked good but we didn’t have a chance to use it. Very convenient when arriving or leaving from Malpensa.

Great that it's exactly in the terminal. Close to car rental collection and train departure. Hotel facilities like gym and pool were excellent. They arrange my early checkin with no extra charges which was highly appreciated after a long overnight flight.

“Bright, relaxing, and silent, it's the perfect place to unwind before your business trip or vacation”
I missed my plane due to intense traffic during the holiday season, but luckily I discovered this magnificent hotel inside Malpensa Airport. What impressed me most was its practicality, how bright it is—that is, the light already anticipates the feeling of relaxation as soon as you enter the hotel—and the wood-floor room, which was also quite bright and very clean, with excellent amenities. The gym—I'm not much for swimming pools, but the spa is beautiful. Always return the day before leaving from Malpensa, and book to take advantage of the sauna and Cocoon Spa treatments.

Very convenient airport hotel. Very good breakfast. Late check out available for my flight departure in the late afternoon.
