Overview
ZZZleepandGo is located inside Milan Malpensa Airport, in the Departures area of Terminal 1. This unique accommodation is completely self-service, with no staff present on site. The capsules are 10 metres from the check-in desks. Toilets are shared with all airport passengers and located right next to the capsules. The capsules are engineered to be soundproof, however you may hear some noise from the terminal area. The temperature is set to be comfortable, however you may wish to bring a blanket for extra comfort.

“Useful space to rest between flights”
When I arrived the screen to check in was not working. I wrote to the WhatsApp number give on the information sheet, and within a few minutes someone had contacted me and solved the problem. The room was comfortable and suited my needs for the few hours rest I needed between flights.

“Avoid - not worth it”
Thanks to the colleagues on the phone - they kept the door opening for me each time I had to go back in as the screen was not working. A capsule hotel without a proper bedding is a first for me - it’s literally a bunk with a non-woven sheet on top - for 20 EUR fair enough, for 60+ - unacceptable

The cabin was OK and it was as I expected, having looked at the photos on your site beforehand. Its sufficiently spacious and confortable, suggest that you put some hooks on the wall to hang our clothes for the night. The check-in/out was also very simple and quick. The touch screen, with the different options, was also nice.
